Helen loves working with people to overcome personal, relational or parenting difficulties that may be interfering with their ability to live life as they would like.

Helen has 8 years experience working with people of all ages in a wide variety of settings including a specialist drug and alcohol service, a neighbourhood centre, schools and private practice, always focussing on assisting people to accept and overcome life's more difficult challenges.
